The Proposal module helps you build professional offers, email them, and track decisions end-to-end. Drafting, customer data, line items, discounts, taxes, PDF output, and customer accept/decline are all handled in one place.

It integrates with Product Management: lines pulled from the catalog bring name, unit, price, and tax automatically. Workspace currency settings keep amounts consistent; optional FX rates support multi-currency quotes. Apply line-level or document-level discounts (percent or amount).

Generate PDFs with your branding—logo, colors, and copy via templates. Statuses such as draft, sent, viewed, accepted, declined, and expired make pipeline health obvious. Customers use a link in email to review and accept or decline; the outcome is recorded and optional notifications alert your team.
