Features

Key features

Core capabilities and benefits this solution delivers.

01

Warehouse management

Create warehouses with name, code, address, contact data, and default/active flags. Balances per product and variant update automatically.

02

Stock movements

Log receipts, issues, and corrections by warehouse and product or variant. Each entry stores before/after quantities plus references and notes.

03

Transfers

Move stock between warehouses with draft, in transit, and completed states; issues deduct at source and receipts add at destination.

04

Stock counts

Open a count session per warehouse, enter counted quantities versus system figures, and post differences to balances with audit-friendly movements.

05

Minimum stock alerts

Set mins per warehouse and SKU; breaches appear on alert lists and dashboard widgets to guide purchasing.

06

Product catalog integration

Tracked items mirror Product Management records so balances, movements, and reports stay consistent.

7 Details

Define warehouses, record receipts and issues, move stock between sites, and close variances with counts. Minimum stock alerts support replenishment planning and stay aligned with the Product module.
See the module page for full details and screenshots.

What does the Inventory module include?

Inventory unifies warehouses, movements, transfers, and counts for businesses of any footprint. The sections below outline structure and flows.

Warehouse and balances

Warehouse master data and per-item balances.
Unlimited sites with address and contact metadata; mark defaults and active flags.
Current quantities per product and optional variant; reserved quantity fields can earmark stock for orders.
Receipts, issues, adjustments, transfers, and counts store before/after quantities with references.

Transfers and counts

Inter-warehouse moves and physical reconciliation.
Draft a transfer, add lines, ship to deduct at origin, receive to add at destination.
Select a warehouse, capture counted quantities, and post variances to balances.
Items below minimum quantities surface on alert pages and dashboards.
