Workspaces: teams, brands, and projects under one account
The core unit of the platform is the workspace. Each workspace behaves like a separate business unit: it has its own data (products, proposals, inventory, cost), its own users and roles, its own subscription and limits, and its own settings (language, currency, format). You log in once to your company account and switch between workspaces from the interface. Billing and usage limits are tracked per workspace, so you can run different brands, teams, or client projects as separate units without mixing data or over-paying for capacity you do not need.
Each workspace has its own subscription
Subscriptions in Yelken360 are workspace-based. Each workspace has:
- Its own user count and storage quota
- Its own set of enabled modules (product catalog, proposals, inventory, cost, and others on the roadmap)
- Per-module limits where applicable (e.g. maximum number of products, proposals, or warehouses)
When you create a new workspace, you choose or assign a plan. When a workspace grows, you can upgrade its plan or adjust limits. There is no need to scale the entire account for one team or brand.

Product catalog
Manage products, categories, brands, variants, and units in one place. Products and prices defined here flow into proposals and invoices. This module is the foundation for quoting and invoicing.
Proposals
Create professional quotes, use templates, send to customers, and track approval. Lines can be linked to catalog products so that names, units, and prices stay consistent. When a quote is accepted, the same data can be used to generate an invoice.
Inventory
Define warehouses and locations, record stock movements (in and out), run transfers between warehouses, and perform stock counts. Inventory is linked to catalog products so that sales and stock stay in sync.
Cost
Manage cost items and calculations. Attach calculated cost to products for pricing and margin control. Use the same product and cost data in proposals so you can check margins before sending a quote.
Invoicing and beyond (roadmap)
On the roadmap, the invoice module will cover sales and purchase invoices, payment tracking, and e-invoice integrations. For human resources, HR and related modules are planned. The platform is designed Turkey-first: currency, tax, and units align with workspace settings and local requirements.
Permissions and roles
Each workspace has its own role and permission structure. Permissions are defined per area (e.g. product catalog, proposals, inventory). Users are added as workspace members and assigned a role; the role determines what they can see and do in that workspace. All listings and actions are filtered by workspace, so users only see data for the workspace they are in. There are no cross-workspace data leaks.
Workspace currency and format
Price display, reports, and documents follow the workspace currency and format settings. You can set the currency (e.g. TRY, USD), exchange rate, and how amounts are displayed (symbol, code, decimals). This ensures that every proposal, invoice, and report in that workspace uses consistent formatting and the correct currency.
