What does the YelkenHR module include?

With the YelkenHR module you manage employee records by branch, department and position. You define document types (ID, diploma, contract, social security, etc.) and attach media to employees. You can keep performance and discipline records with reward, warning and complaint types, and record branch/department/position changes via personnel transfers.

Leave and time tracking

You define leave types (annual, sick, unpaid, etc.) and manage employee leave requests through an approval flow. Granting leave directly to an employee is also supported. Time tracking records clock-in/out and working hours.
