How to Create Professional Proposals with the Proposal Module?
Proposals you present to customers are one of the most critical steps in the sales process. Professional-looking, clear and trackable proposals both increase customer trust and reduce your workload.
What does the proposal module offer?
The Yelken360 proposal module lets you manage the entire process from one screen: creating proposals, sending them by email, and recording customer accept or reject with a single click. It works with your product catalog; product name, unit, price and tax are filled in automatically when you add items to a proposal line.
PDF and templates
Each proposal can be exported as a professional PDF. You can customize logo, colour theme and footer in the template settings. The customer can view the proposal via the link in the email and accept or reject; the response is updated in the system immediately.
Discounts and currency
You can apply line-level or overall discounts (percentage or amount). Tax is calculated according to the workspace currency settings; you can also prepare proposals in another currency with an optional exchange rate.
